Field-Levelling Capabilities:
Our Long Box clarifiers have been developed to allow field adjustments for unlevel ground, maximizing solids removal through stable, steady flow. Operators can adjust +/- 2” over the width of the tank and +/- 4” over the length of the tank.
Easy-Access Sludge-Removal Solution:
Our unique side-access design allows operators unobstructed access to the sludge below the clarifier settling media while standing on the operator access platform. This allows sludge evacuation without removing the draining the tank, removing the settling media, or even stopping the process flow.
Easy Sludge Monitoring:
Operators can use a product like the Sludge Judge to sample sludge depths easily from the operator-access platform.
